Design House Stockholm is very famous in Sweden and has many corner shops in Stockholm and one tiny shop at the Arlanda airport. The designs varies from kitchen utensils to bathrobes, from scarves to candleholders… Everything is very clean, modern and so Swedish.
I discovered this Danish company in search for an airy reading chair for my living room and cannot wait to order online. Their online merchandise also includes other Scandinavian brands, mostly home accessories.
I think this is the only online shop where you can get Normann Copenhagen thingies in the continental Europe. I want the large wooden airplane with red wings but no idea where to put it in my microscopic flat.

If you love brands Finnish Marimekko, Karhu and Muuto as I do very much, the only shop again in Europe to order them online is FinnishDesignShop. They have an excellent customer service, very efficient, fast and friendly. Just one request is that I’d like to see double Marimekko bed linen as they sell only child and single size beds.
